I have known Heather Kehoe for years and despite people telling me not to use a realtor that is a close friend, I knew there was no other person that would get the job done as well as she would. She works incredibly hard to make things happen in a very busy market. From having a solid knowledge of market evaluations and reasonable expectations and timeframes, to all the paperwork and details that went into the process, she made our end of things incredibly easy.
