While it began as two separate neighbourhoods, the Saskatoon neighbourhood of Adelaide/Churchill came together as one in the 1990s. It is currently home to about 3,700 people in established homes primarily built between the 1940s and 1970s. The current home for sale in Adelaide/Churchill sells for just over $346,000.
